Help with baby Red Eared Slider!!!?

Ok, so my baby Red Eared Slider was a little sick when I got it. The bottom of his shell, is soft and squishy and not hard like my other babies. He also CONSTANTLY has his eyes closed all the time! My neighbour had a house cat, so obviously didnt get her spayed, she had symptoms very similar to yours, and died of peritonitis because she had an internal infection, she was given antibiotics at first and seemed to get better, then went downhill very fast and died. So today (and only today) I noticed this large lump below my nipple in one of my . It doesn't feel like a g or anything squishy, it feels hard. How to make a cello out of duct tape?

My friend and I are planning on making a cello out of duct tape. We have a cheap cello that broke (out teacher gave it to us because the back fell off of it). We were planning on forming the duct tape to the cello layer by layer, until it was stiff. Then we would connect the back and the sides (with duct tape, of course). We'd then put our label on the inside, and put two sound posts for strength. Each sound post would be made out of wood or metal. We don't know yet. After we connect the sound posts to the back of the cello, then we would put the top on. The top would be connected then. For the endpin we were going to increase the amount of duct tape layers, and then use an actual endpin and pin (I'm not exactly sure what the piece that holds the endpin is called). For the neck, we would create a mold (probably out of duct tape). We would put some layers of duct tape on, then possible a wooden or metal rod for strength? Then cover that with more duct tape. For the fingerboard we're going to take the fingerboard off the broken cello and duct tape it to the new cello. For the bridge and tailpiece we would use an actual bridge and tailpiece. We are trying to figure out what to do for the scroll and pegbox. One idea is to attach an actual pegbox and scroll to the wooden or metal rod that would be inside the neck? Other than that we have no ideas. Please give us any ideas that you have. Yes we know that the cello will sound terrible, but we still want to do it. Thanks!

I have some small sinkholes in my yard near an underground drainage for rain gutters, what's the best repair?

The previous owner of my home placed an underground drainage system for the rain gutters on this home. Now along what I believe is the path of this drainage there are several sink holes forming that vary from one foot wide to nearly three feet wide. I know sink holes will continue to wash out if not stopped so what do I need to do to stop this 'washing out' of sub-surface soil? I have been told to dig them out down to the drainage system and place sand and gravel at the bottom and place soil on top of that, is this the best approach or should I do something else? Your league is a wide receiver league then. WR on avg get more points than RBs. That being said, you're hurting at WR and in a WR league, I'd rather have a WR at flex. Knox and on are 2 guys you don't want to rely on going into the fantasy playoffs because of inconsistencies. Even Moss and Bowe are iffy. The guy I'd make a move for is Hines Ward or Brandon Lloyd. I like Hillis a ton and MJD but in WR leagues, MJD isnt too valuable because of lack of catches and lack of TDs. Ward and Lloyd are probably gonna be the most consistent for you. Although Big Ben is more valuable than either of those players individually. But Hillis is also a good guy to get because of all those TDs.

So I screwed up my college career. I have a 2.2 average now and withdrew out of so many cles in the past dealing with being homeless, medical conditions, depression & and out of a job. I got kicked out of a state college upstate for low grades, and left a community college because i had withdrew out of so many cles. I quit school for a few semesters and became a CNA. (Nurse's aid) I still don't have a job (can't find one) but plan on working for free to build experience it's really frustrating. I'm still living at home with mom. (Renting a room) I'm planning on moving out real soon. I'm going back to school. I graduate in 2 semester's with an AAS in psychology. Last semester I WENT TO school i got these grades A-, B+, A, A, I plan on making my major BIOLOGY & getting excellent grades. Will I still have a chance at med school if i graduate with a 3.5-4.0.? We currently reside in a rent controlled apartment and are trying to move to another rent controlled apartment in another town, but on the new application we make more money than on our current application info for our current lease. I really really need advice. I want to go to medical school so I understand the school you go to doesn't matter. I know that GPA and MCAT scores are all that matter. That being said, I have the opportunity to go to LSU or the University of Alabama. I would be in the Honors College for each. The cost would be about the same. I would have to pay very little to go to LSU (because it is my state school and I received scholarships), and I would probably be paid a little bit to go to Alabama. My true dilemma revolves around two key issues. Should I go to Alabama where I would get the out of state experience, much smaller cles, and a more personalized honors college? Or should I go to LSU (I have grown up loving LSU and going to all the football games), where all of my best friends and girlfriend of 2 years are going, despite the budget cuts, economic uncertainty, and much larger cles? Basically, UA with more personalized OOS experience or LSU with bigger cles and all of my best friends?

Birch bark canoes have been replaced by canvas canoes, even among native people, so that material seems to be the most likely substitute. Help!!! Adobe photoshop cs4?

I just bought Adobe Photoshop cs4 and when i opened it, there was a message that says. "some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output" What does that mean? I went to adobe's sight and they did not help. they sent me to some article about another adobe program that is not photoshop and the articla was confusing and not very descriptive. Also whenever i try to use different tools like the paintbrush, gradient, or anything else it says "could not use this tool because the target layer is hidden". What? Does this mean that the fonts did not download? And whenever i try to save the file as anything but a psd file i can't. It blocks me from changing anything or clicking anything in the save options section. And a little yellow triangle pops next to the layers box and i can't click it. Also another yellow triangle is at the bottom that says "file must be saved as a copy with this selection". Ugh I'm confused and the last thing i want to do is pay again or something. Why is it acting like this? Also before I bought it I tried the trial version and some download manager from the adobe website starts downloading but never completes the download. All it does it say there is an error and when i try to resume the download it still gives me the error message. I've never downloaded the trial before so I don't see how it won't let me download it. I had mono when I was 15, I am now 21 and tested positive for the EBV (or something) virus... The doctor told me it is possible to have it again, but she tested my mono antibodies when I was 18 and my body tested positive for having the antibodies. Please help my gerbil is acting really strange.?

I take my gerbil out 3 times a day for an hour each time. I took him out once this morning and later in the afternoon I changed his bedding. When I went into my room to let him play, I moved his house(hideout) and he was just sitting there, he looked frozen. I took him out and placed him on my floor(in my gerbil-proof room) and he ran right under my computer desk. I thought he had some treats back there from earlier but when he didn't come out I looked under the desk to see him just sitting there, staring. I put my hand under the desk and he started inching away from it, eventually coming out only to run away from me(at this point i was trying to put him back in his tank to let him rest). When ever I tried to scoop him up he would squeak. He looked totally petrified... I finally got him and he jumped from my hands(thankfully he landed in his bedding). Do people tend to exaggerate South Florida?

I grew up in Florida, and loved it. Though, I feel lots of people exaggerate the lifestyle. I lived in Coral Springs & Tamerac for five years, and then moved to Lake Worth for another five years which is in Palm Beach County. I moved to Georgia when I was in the 5th grade, which sure is different. I see shows like Privileged on the CW, and stuff on TV about how great it is and how wealthy it is. I could only see this if you see those houses on the beach, but that's like everywhere in Florida. I knew the area pretty darn good, and still go there about once a year to visit family. I just never got the vibe of how news and media puts it. I mean they never tell you the bad things such as all those Hurricanes, Humidity, and lots of rain. When people write about it and talk about it just seems like the exaggerate it. I know Palm Beach well and there are some bad spots. I've also been to Miami, and think it is terrible. There is the good spots and the bad spots, but that's everywhere. Has South Florida just drastically changed in the last couple of years? When we lived there we pretty much lived the normal middle cl family in a 5 bedroom house. The house market got too expensive, and I know a lot of people who can't afford it anymore. I wanted to go to like NYU or USC for college, but I don't know if it is just TV or real life. I would like to go back to South Florida, but do not see the big picture. I could tell you my parents really didn't like Florida, and my cousins and my brothers were like the only kids to grow up there. When people talk about Florida, they seem like it is paradise. I think it is fine, but not Heaven. It seems it is just a lot of New Yorkers coming down to get some heat. Also, do you consider Florida to be in the South? Can an employer force you to work in an office with no air conditioning in extreme heat?

I work in an office in New York (Upstate)) and the only room where there is air conditioning is in the bosses office and the break room. Our offices got up to 90+ degrees last Friday and it was only 80 outside. Washing machine problems?

The washing machine stops before it has reached full cycle- I have to turn it off, turn the dial round again full turn and then switch it on again and then it does the final spin but still stops short of completion, leaving clothes that are still soaking wet and water left in the drum. I tried to check the pipes- couldn't open the U bend pipes under the sink but unscrewed the pipe leading to the washing machine and noticed it was gunged up with gungy stuff- smelly too. Think the water maybe blocked by pipe blockage- may not be able to spin out properly. Also, when I run the tap it takes a while for sink water to drain. I could get a plumber to unblock pipes/drain but would that sort out the problem with the dial- is it stopping short of the full cycle because of the drainage problem or is it just faulty? Is a dial expensive to mend? Is it time I got a new washing machine or is this just a drainage problem?
