I'm taking care of this dog for my mom?

It's a pomeranian, not even a year old yet, and when I came to get her she had had diarrhea pretty bad and I had to bathe her just to get the poop off her bottom. Anyway, now her tummy is making weird squishy gy sounds, and I'm wondering if that should be of any concern. She seems fine, she's full of beans this morning even though I've been trying to get her to rest. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much.
