ok this is stupid... not only did the first guy to answer it mess up, but the last made the same mistakes... which means he obviosley copied... first off its not .333333333..... its something along the line of 3.04....... and for dimensions, both way off on how to do that its just 176776'x176776' (using the answer i got from herons insted of theirs... i got 176776ft^2).... that is all
