I have tiny red dots on my legs that used to not be there, does anyone know what it could be?

They are reddish pinkish and about the size of a pinpoint. They start at my feet and stop about midway up my thy.They don't itch or sting or anything and they look like the red dots that come around your eyes and cheeks when you've been crying hard for a long time and if you were choked lol. Does anyone know what this could be and how to get rid of them?
