Do I still have a chance at med school?

So I screwed up my college career. I have a 2.2 average now and withdrew out of so many cles in the past dealing with being homeless, medical conditions, depression & and out of a job. I got kicked out of a state college upstate for low grades, and left a community college because i had withdrew out of so many cles. I quit school for a few semesters and became a CNA. (Nurse's aid) I still don't have a job (can't find one) but plan on working for free to build experience it's really frustrating. I'm still living at home with mom. (Renting a room) I'm planning on moving out real soon. I'm going back to school. I graduate in 2 semester's with an AAS in psychology. Last semester I WENT TO school i got these grades A-, B+, A, A, I plan on making my major BIOLOGY & getting excellent grades. Will I still have a chance at med school if i graduate with a 3.5-4.0.? I'm going to a different school where i'll accomplish a diff. GPA. but i screwed up so much i lost hope. I do want to be a doctor. It's been my dream for so long.
