Car sometimes loses power when cold?
FIrstly, locate and clean thoroughly your idle air control valve, throttle body, and throttle plate.Use spray Gum-out. Also, clean your PCV and PCV hose(s) since air leaks are prone from here. Change your engine temperature sensor, and install a set of Bosch Platinum or Nippondenso Iridium plugs, to get the most power and economy from your engine. Also, power wash the space bewteen your Radiator and A/C condenser. This area collects debris and prevents good airflow for cooling. If you still have trouble, have your trans looked at. First read your OWNER's manual for the recommended trans fluid change period. USE ONLY THE CORRECT ,GENUINE FLUID THAT MEETS FORD SPEC'S!!!!!
