How do you make a White Gummy Bear tail?

I went to the bar in Kansas and had the bartender surprise me with a tail. She called it a white gummy bear. Now I know each bartender may have different ways of making this drink. I tried to look it up but it just doesn't look right. I know that she used 3 things. It was Malibu Coconut Rum and Sprite. Theres something else and I just don't know what it is. Could someone please help me?
