How many teaspoon or table spoon in one scoop of Enfalac A+?

we just opened a can of my nephew's formula milk (enfalac a+) and we can not find the scoop. we already transfered the contents to a separate container to look if its in the bottom of the can but to no avail...our problem now is how to estimate the scoop. we read the info outside the can but its in grams... thats in weight...should they have given it in volume also?..please help!..... its saturday and the manufacturer's customer hotline connects me to voice messaging machine.
