Does he still love HER?

My boyfriend's ex and babys mama...controls his life AND she lets him. They don't have a custody agreement, so if he doesn't do everything she says then he "is never going to see his son again." Its ridiclous. I have even went to the courthouse to get him papers so they can schedule mediation (a cout hearing where they decided that he sees his son and all that). He still hasn't filled out the paperwork. I ask him why he always gives into her..."Its better than listening to her whinning. The woman is 28 yrs. old...seriously. She is not even a good mother. We had to take the baby to the ER, because he had a rash for 5 days AND a fever. He had pneumonia. I am 21 and even I know enough not to let your child have a fever for more than a few days. Now back to my question...Does he still love her? He always says there is no money for us to go out, but when she whines that she needs money and makes up an excuse that its about their son...AMAZING he has it for her. By the way he already gets child support taken out of his check...So is he in love with her still? Should I leave him?
