Can frogs and toads breed together?

Anurans will mount almost anything when they have the "urge to merge". I've induced a frog to mount my fingers. They also mount sticks and other males. Eventually, they get the idea that they have mounted the wrong thing. The chance of them producing tadpoles is about the same as if the toad had mounted a stick.
