HELP! My friends older sister is having twins & wants to name them the same name!?

Haha. That is definately the worst twin combo I've ever heard. Actually, the worst names I've ever heard in general. Tally-Rue? What is this woman thinking? You can't make her name them something else though. I'm sure she will feel pretty bad when they start begging to change their names the day they learn to talk.
