I there a way to pay for college without the fafsa, without credit and without a cosigner?

My mother is deceased and my father refuses to give information on my stepmom. So the FAFSA cant be completed. I dont have a cosigner for any loans because my dad will not be approved, and my grandma refuses to cosign because of some siblings. And I dont have credit history. I have kind of hit a wall. And I really want to go to the school im looking at. is it possible to find a way to pay for school?
