What can I do to make money as a 15 year old guy?

I DJ around my city and I've been making somewhere in the area of $200 per party but I've spent myself dry on new equipment, clothes and other things i need. Right now things are pretty slow for me, and I want to have some money to invest in day-trading, re-selling items for profit, as well as start new hobbies. All I need is an initial fund, but I can't think of any means of getting it. I can't get a job because I'm a year too young and the way the economy is I'm sure neighbors don't want to pay a kid for mediocre yard-work or babysitting and my parents aren't able to give me an allowance. I've tried marketing my DJ business over the internet and in my neighborhood but again, parties are the last thing people can worry about during a recession. I've tried doing internet surveys years ago and they're all scams. The only other ideas i can think of require money to make money. If anyone has an idea of what I can do, I'd greatly appreciate it.
