What are some good ideas for a marsh mellow launcher?!?

For physics i have to build a marsh mellow launcher. I can only use scotch tape, rubber bands, glue, and paper or cardboard. The marsh mellow must get at least 100 centimeters and human force can not be the force that makes it go. Some ideas would be great!!
